 The Municipal Corporation of Cusco Festivities (EMUFEC), during carnival celebrations this year, coordinated with the City of Cusco and its various managements the realization of "Carnival Cusqueño 2011", whose program will consist of various activities which have as the closing finale carnival for Sunday March 13th at the Plaza de Armas of Cusco.
The carnival program is labeled "Dance, colors and flavors of my country" and will start on February 24 with the aid of allegories alluding to the "Compadres" and on 3 March, the contest for "The Wives" with special prizes for the winners in various categories, provided by EMUFEC and the Regional Bureau of Culture.

CUSCO : Launch Campaign "Puts South" to promote Cuzco, Arequipa, Puno and Madre de Dios
